I used to take my older vehicle to get service done all the time, this last time I took my newer truck in for an oil change and I found out a couple weeks later when I looked under the hood that my oil filler cap was missing. How can they forget such a simple thing. I guess I have to look for another service shop that’s more reliable.

Brought my car in for oil change. They did free brake inspection. Told I needed all four replaced for $600. Took it to my mechanic. Didn't need brakes. Told my car wasn't safe to drive when I turned down service. Lost my trust.

These days, it is easy to feel uneasy when visiting an alignment shop, not knowing if they will try to add more to the bill by convincing you that other repairs are urgent. It is something most drivers have experienced at one point or another. When I went to Brake Masters for an alignment, I got exactly what I asked for. The staff was straightforward, the work was completed in about thirty minutes, and the price was fair. There was no pressure, no scare tactics, and no attempt to sell me anything extra. I left with my car properly aligned and a good feeling about the honesty of the service.

Had to get my four wheel alignment after putting on new tires. The gentleman at the front Juan was very courteous and nice. Did a great job. I would definitely recommend them. They run a clean shop.
